Clicking 5 times in 2 seconds can’t turn on
Please check if the battery fully charged and put in the right position, then try to click 5 times to turn it on.
Freeze during standby

Take the battery out and put it back in, then check if device works.
Auto turn off
Auto turning off when it is in functional or stand by
Please check if the coil or tank is in the right positon or try other tank see if it works.
